This is the biggest factor, it seems. I read one thread somewhere talking


about just basic maintenance, such as moving military vehicles around on a frequent basis(like monthly), to keep the tires rotated and healthy to prevent dry-rot.... and many of the russian vehicles are showing evidence of failure due to dry-rot of the tires, such that the inflation system cant keep up.
